It seems expensive.
One thing which struck me is that it has no front garden and there don't appear to be access alleys between the houses - there is a wheelie bin sitting outside. So - do you leave your bis on the pavement all week? Or drag them through the house? Or do you have to go to the end of the road in order to get round the back of the house?
Looking at pic 14 I suspect that access is via the neighbour's garden, which probably also means a that other neighbours may have rights of way over your garden. Not uncommon in properties of a certain age but it would b a big 'no' for me.
Lack of parking may be a big issue for saleability - even know - have you visited in an evening to see what it is like when everyone is at home? Even though you are not bothered, a 4 bed house is likely to mean potential buyers may have children and/or more than one car, so being able easily to park outside the house is likely to be important for most potential buyers, which would make it harder to sell when the time comes. It doesn't look as though there would be any scope for creating any parking
I would also be a bit wary about the back garden and possible risk of flooding in bad weather - definitely something to ask the neighbours about.
Personally I would also be a bit put off by the fact they they have renovated any character it may have had out of itAll posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
Quite surprised to see that this one has gone SSTC! Listed about 6 weeks ago. I'm very interested in knowing how much it sold for. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-84052241.html0

I know the area and am quite surprised too.
To me, the house seems overdeveloped for the street it is on. I will bookmark the property to track what it sold for a few months down the line.movingtomacc wrote: »Quite surprised to see that this one has gone SSTC! Listed about 6 weeks ago. It's no longer showing as sold for me. It was ten minutes ago.0
