Glad you are feeling better about things. Will be fab to get the CC gone for good.
I know I can't wait for them to be gone and just to have the loan. I have a better track record with overpaying loans rather than credit cards for some reason.

    Evening all,
Got a refund from the kids swimming lessons of €200 so paid that straight off my CC. Am hoping to get it down to €3000 this month and then get shot of it completely by the end of June/July. Can't believe that at payday we will have more than €20,000 paid off the debt since last August.

My next aim is to get under €30k by August.

Great news on the refund and paying it straight off the card, amazing how much you've paid off in under a year. Well done!

Ah me too, all my debts will have run their course by next August except the credit card which I need to plow into. I really want it gone by Xmas this year but with no extra income coming in at the minute it's unlikely that will happen but at least there's an end in sight one way or another!

Think of where we are now though compared to where we were! For me it's such a scary thought!

H's payday on Monday. Paid another bit off the CC to get it to €6000. Should be able to pay another €3000 off it this month. The 0% balance transfer runs out in June and I had hoped to pay it all off by then but at least it will be halved and I'll only have a couple of months interest to pay.
Weather is v changeable here today. We've been for a walk and will probably just potter around the house for the afternoon. Not like we can do anything else anyway 😂
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend

HI CMD well done on the payments. It may be worth balance transfering to one where it is an annual apr rather than upfront fee. May still save you a little interest
