I would be more than happy to just copy and paste the template, however, as I mentioned above the allegation is that I parked in a staff car park. There is no payment or time penalty involved. So, if I simply copy it, it wont make any sense.

Remove it, then I'll edit my post. Just use the initial appeal template unaltered then they'll know you're getting forum help. Vanishingly few initial appeals are upheld. Save your efforts for POPLA.

But if you're hell bent on disregarding advice, just get on with it. I'm too weary with this stuff to be arguing with a newbie.

You have a bad habit of using pre school English with the word I in sentences

The 2 words to use are Keeper and driver

The alleged contract is between parking company and driver

This is being appealed as keeper , with no giving away details , like a no comment interview

There is nothing illegal in any of this

Thank you. I will remove the pdt and payment section and send it off. Hope this one sounds ok:

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a formal complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner and to my MP.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require ALL photos taken and an explanation of the allegation and your evidence.

You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date.

The signage was hidden under the tree branch therefore, it was not clearly visible to the driver. Please see attached evidence.


Formal note:
Should you later pursue this charge by way of litigation, note that service of any legal documents by email is expressly disallowed and you are not entitled to assume that the data in this dispute/appeal remains the current address for service in the future.

Hi My appeal to parking eye has been rejected. I have a POPLA ref number. Looking to appeal. Doing my research. Any guidance would be appreciated. I have also spoke to the practice, who have been difficult and not very helpful. Still in coversation.
