Morning all
Just about to start paid stuff, have been quite productive already this morning!
Dailies done, bed doesn’t need changing but have left it to air with windows open
Downstairs loo and utility room cleaned and floors mopped
WM x1 done and on line... keeping an eye on the weather though!
WM back on now with some soda and vinegar on a hot wash to refresh it, scrubbed out the drawer etc as well. Hard water area here so this really needed doing!
After paid stuff I need to sort out car and house insurance, will also aim to sort another bit of the spare room cupboard and if I finish early enough will drop some stuff to the charity shop and of course do the flying list!
Have a nice day all, hugs to those in need.0 -
Morning all. Hugs to those who need them.
Back to flying today but need to walk dogs and pop into town first. Will report back with progress later.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Morning all
Washing machine has been on and that’s about it. I still need to get dressed. I’m very stiff and have a bruise from someone’s meltdown on Monday. Social care’s advice is to call the boys in blue.
Off to have a bath and then must hurry up as we have to go to see dancegran.
ATB thinking of you x0 -
Ouch dancemum!
I've hoovered all downstairs and the stairs and walked the dog.

Dancemum - that doesn't sound very helpful. (((hugs)))
Have given myself a stiff talking-to. I have other projects I need to finish and the prep for this would make it a biggie.

Bedroom cleaned and bed changed.
Taken 5 bags of stuff to chazzer - 4 (bags for life) of books inc DS's law books. 3 old mobile phones (for recycling; according to the website they collect phones for recycling) and a few oddments. There are more phones... I was listening to R2 earlier;)
After text discussion with DS's GF I have knocked up their tea which is more or less a Pinch of Nom recipe but using rashers of bacon from fridge rather than medallions so I'm not going to have any. Pleased though as this is using up stuff from fridge which needs using up. This is now in oven ready to come on (timer set) when I'm out. I've also defrosted two eclairs for them in an effort to clear freezer of stuff that needs using up.
Just had a banana and having a :coffee: then I'm going to iron.
Vacuum needs emptying and bin needs to go out.
And hopefully the tiny, shell-shocked mouse in the egg box in the shed is sitting in there recovering and keeping out of Poppy's way.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

I have cleared some more paperwork and done an afternoon of flying in the back garden. 3 large plastic trugs full of a perennial weed with large, furry, itchy leaves and long tap roots, which had taken over the back border, are ready to go to the tip on Friday. By then I might even have some more grassy bits to go too.
Now I have some space for the plants I've bought this year and last, which are still sitting in trays
This evening I need to prepare for the toddler group beach party tomorrow.0
