pesky_robway   well done.   Was the legal Elms Legal by chance ?

The judge was right about TIMEWASTING, not the first time VCS/EXCEL have been told that.

Why Simon Renshaw-smith keeps bringing time wasting cases to court must now be down to desperation

Renshaw-smith blotted his book a long time ago with the courts.

So, Renshaw-smith did not pass GO and lost £100 + the scam £60 + his costs ???

I think they do it in the hope people pay as a scare tactic

Well done on your most excellent win. This isn't the first judge to say that non-adhesive tickets are not fit for purpose.

It seems odd to me that payment by a Sunday has been ordered, but I am not court savvy.
If it doesn't arrive on time you have several choices including complaining to the court or making a court claim yourself. This will cost you £25 but you will get it back.
Alternatively there might be a way to get court appointed bailiffs to seize goods to the value owed.
They said payment within 14 days and that would be the 13th day

I will 110% be persuing the payment by whatever means

The court has counted the 9th as day 1 because it states payment do be paid by the 22nd, which is Sunday.

It is possible that unless they pay it today it may not arrive in your bank or by post until Monday. Even if it arrives late you can still complain and possibly claim interest. Did they claim interest on their claim because you could use the same interest rate as them?

You can't file a claim to get costs. Warrant of control all the way. But...right now that could be tricky

It might be tricky but it doesn't mean it shouldn't be instigated, primed and ready as it were.

I would really like to be in the position of telling court appointed bailiffs, please seize computers/hard drives etcetera to the value owed.

A court claim of your own could always be instigated to recover monies owed.
