    Small update on this

Today i went to court to challenge this.

The judge heard my case and found in my favour and awarded me my costs.

Thank you for all the help given i doubt id of done it without it
    Excellent result, well done.

Could you please tell us a little bit more, in particular which court, the Judge's name (if you remember that), on what grounds did the court find in your favour. Also, if you could give us short report on how things unfurled on the day and an indication as to how the PPC's legal rep handled things.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

pesky_robway   well done.   Was the legal Elms Legal by chance ?

The judge was right about TIMEWASTING, not the first time VCS/EXCEL have been told that.

Why Simon Renshaw-smith keeps bringing time wasting cases to court must now be down to desperation

Renshaw-smith blotted his book a long time ago with the courts.

So, Renshaw-smith did not pass GO and lost £100 + the scam £60 + his costs ???

Well done on your most excellent win. This isn't the first judge to say that non-adhesive tickets are not fit for purpose.

It seems odd to me that payment by a Sunday has been ordered, but I am not court savvy.
If it doesn't arrive on time you have several choices including complaining to the court or making a court claim yourself. This will cost you £25 but you will get it back.
Alternatively there might be a way to get court appointed bailiffs to seize goods to the value owed.
