Just a couple of questions, am I likely to get a response to my letter to the judge considering they discontinued the day after I wrote to him?
And, will I get a confirmation from the court that the discontinuance has been signed off by the judge?
  • Not likely. The case is closed.
Just ask the court. But there is no "sign off" needed - a C can discontinue any time they like.

Many thanks, I thought as the notice of discontinuance had a space for a judge's signature it might need his / her sign off to finalise it.
