If you are copying and pasting from word, STOP
Doing this will miss out any numbering plus more importantly MSE will start to see it as spam and ban your IP address
This was covered 18 months ago my mse Andrea in the main site forum near the bottom of the forum options
Add the abuse of process in, number all paragraphs, do not copy and paste to here
Copy and paste into notepad or notepad ++, then save it and copy from that tool to here0 -
Thanks everyone who's helped so far, I've added the abuse of process parts. Unfortunately I may only have phone access for next few days and so hopefully I'll have full access and time for any last minute changes before I need to send it before 4 pm on Monday.0

I need to get my DQ sent off by the 2nd September and I've seen that I can do this by email. I can do that for the court as I did with the defence, can anyone advise the email address to send it to for VCS please?0

Address for serving documents etc. on claimant should be on the court form from Northampton CCBC, otherwise auntie Google said use: -
info@vehiclecontrol.co.uk0 -
Many thanks, no email address for them on court docs.0
-
And legally speaking, unless you have specifically agreed with the Claimant that they accept documents by email, you shouldn't do it.0
-
I'm sure I've seen advice on here to just email the DQ to the claimant and court? I'll post them to be on the safe side
Thanks0 -
Email the completed DQ to the CCBC - in the same manner and to the same address that you sent your Defence.0

If there is no e-mail address for serving documents on the claimant on the claim form, there should be a postal address, so, as you say, post them but NOT registered or any signed for service, just First Class from a post office and obtain a FREE certificate of posting and keep it.0

OK have read loads of advice but not sure of the following:
My DQ was completed & sent to the court & VCS before the stated date of 2nd Sept 2019. I've not received anything at all from VCS, should they have sent me a copy of their DQ or any response to my defence or is it now a matter of preparing my WS and awaiting theirs?0
