Your talking nonsense. No, it is not. Mobile phones have been proven to be dangerous and cause cancer. You obviously are ignoring the dangers to human health. How it is affecting your cellular and immune function which could cause cancer in areas where your immune system regulation is weak. I recognise the conditions which cause cancer and would not put myself at risk from using wireless technology. We are all being bathed in this !!!!. Terrestrial TV and Radio is lower risk but the higher the frequencies used, the higher the risk.

I mis-smelt it, it should of read "I dislike wireless tech myself....
Just because you don't use wireless technology, it doesn't mean it isn't around you. In fact it is practically everywhere you go these days.

If u connect by ethernet cable,it will not ask for wifi password. So know you will be attacked by next doors wifi signal.

When doing a network scan it picks up my TVs and Firesticks so they must be transmitting.

It is going to take a very long time for mobile & WiFi signals giving cancer to catch up with the number of people that have got cancers from em radiation in the light ranges.

    No!

Basically, although the bulk of the data will be flowing in that direction, the way it works means two way communication is necessary so that it can "ask" for what it wants and check that is has received it correctly!
  • The power levels from WiFi is miniscule. In the UK it is limited to 100mW and unless you stick your head inside the TV it will be minsicule. There is a potential issue with mobile phones (typically 10W) as you tend to hold it right next to your head but even so it has never been categorically proven that it causes cancer despite the scare stories. 5G is really no different to 2G/3G/4G, slightly higher frequencies but similar powers.

I have been a radio amateur all my life and frequently sit next to 100W transmitters or more. Still very much alive and kicking.
