Many thanks for this Crabman, gave them a call, they had no record of it! "Apparantly" all bookings made on the 10th (when I applied for mine) didn't get registered. I've now rebooked mine direct through Avis (Renault gave me a contact at Avis) for next weekend.

I had my test 24 hour test drive on Dec 3rd. Was wondering if I can have another as I've moved house so my licence is in a new address now....

Booked the test drive over the weekend of 19th Jan.

Anticipated the car being delivered this (Friday) afternoon/early evening as per terms and conditions stated on webpage and no car to be seen now at 7.17pm!

Tried local Avis who put me through to central reservations who were equally of no help, tried the Renault number mentioned by the previous poster, they gave me an email address to try, no reply since this morning.

I'm now somewhat at a loss to know who to complain to....anyone any ideas?

Well mine arrived promptly and is a beautiful car. Its a 1.5Dci that goes very well and should be ultra economical. Very tempted!;)

I booked mine for Jan, can't remember when. Not really important, could of had a spin if it had turned up and if not I wasn't worried.

It hasn't showed. Never mind!

Well my Skoda Roomster is fab! 1.6 16v thing!

It goes back tomorrow morning so i need to use up the fuel Ive put in firsth lol.
