Test Drive new laguna for the weekend

Well if you go the website they are still taking bookings. I am expecting mine tomorrow as no one has rung or emailed to say otherwise. Fact is I genuinely am interested in an estate! Hope it comes!

Nope never turned up - pity as I was looking forward. The offer goes on to the end of March so may get the car yet. Interestingly when I tried to rebook for next weekend the system told me I had already booked so wouldn't let me rebook! Any ideas what I should do? Cheers

Well I went through the motions again -this time using my workplace/email and they said I would get an email confirming details. How long bfore you all got the email and what did it contain? I never got an confirmation last time I tried. Thanks

I received an email almost straight away (or about a minute at most) - check junk folder perhaps?

Or, call your local AVIS and ask them to confirm the booking - I did this the day before I was supposed to get mine and it turned out it had been cancelled by Renault.

If anyone actually receives a car to test could they post on here to let us know? My booking for feb hasn't been processed and nobody at Renault/AVIS seems to knows why, I wonder if there are crossed wires somewhere if dodo69 had the same issue :think:

Give your local AVIS a call - if they can't find a booking, call Renault on 0800 52 51 50 and ask them to look into it. My test drive only went through after Renault looked into it and issued me with an actual booking reference number which AVIS have since confirmed.
