I was expecting a letter from the court of the judgement. I sent an email yesterday and I’ve received the below. I am now late paying. Should I email the claimant for bank information?
Please see judgement,
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The Defendant pay the Claimant the judgment sum of £351.60 inclusive of interest by not later than 4:00 p.m. on the 29th August 2023.
2. The Defendant do pay the Claimant the sum of £179.00 in respect of legal costs including Court fees.
The Court will not provide you any directions in relation to how this should be paid, it is unclear what you mean by await directions for making payment.
Kind regards,

The back of your County Court Claim Form has a box entitled How to Pay.
Might be worth a read.1 -
It is too late now but I hope you made it in time.2

OMG! I’m too late! I was honestly waiting for a letter from the court. The court advices ‘ You will need to contact the claimant directly and discuss with them. The court does not hold bank details for the claimant.’I’ve emailed the DCBL who is their attorney today. But I have not received a response yet.0

I’m not sure which one to use. The below screen shot account I used last year. But I found the below from the recent automatic response from them. It is a different bank account.0

Those are for two different organisations - DCBLimited and DCBLegal.
Have you got a telephone?
Ring them and ask... simple.2 -
You are paying DCBLegal so pay the one in the email in full right now (tonight). Quote the ref on their email and the claim number.
Do not phone them. Remember how that went 18 months ago...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
