This is about the OP getting a CCJ on her file for no reason the fact that this highlights that the CRA system isn't good enough and needs improving should make us all interested in this case.
I know, I know, you like complaining about people but are unhappy when other people do the same. Yes, you enjoy being a hypocrite, that’s great, I’m happy for you, but any chance you’ll jog on now and stop trying to be the forum police? Go and have a moan at the wife, she might actually care.0 -

whatever, trevor lol
the post is about somebody trying to get an unwarranted/unjustified CCJ off here credit file lets keep it to that than personal opinions on the ills of society. I didn't think that would be controversial but it looks like for some it is.
Hopefully the comments doesn't put her off posting updates.0 -
I would be happy to update in the hope of helping others, should this happen to them. However, I’m under the impression that most already hold negative views on the situation or have pre-judged with regards to the family or sort of person that I am? I came onto this forum for help and advice, after all this isn’t my fault. But thank you to those who have been understanding from my point rather than just thinking I’m more concerned about compensation when I think it’s evident that that’s not the case!0

Don`t take the negative comments to heart Lala-7, certain people love to pre-judge others on these forums, you will always find them, wherever you go, because its a public forum, so anyone can post you see.

The credit reference agencies have a big responcibility to ensure all data they make public is accurate, now they are somewhat reliant on the information being passed to them being accurate in the first place, and in this case, that is the responcibility of the ministry of justice.
It can take time, phone calls, letters etc, to sort out these errors, not to mention any stress and worry it may cause, and, in my opinion, you should be compensated for a situation not of your making.
A small gesture of goodwill for the trouble caused, used to be the norm, as the customer was always right, nowadays that seems to have gone out of the window, and at times its hard to even get an appology.
You can escalate this matter to the ICO and the FOS as well if I were you, you may as well use all assets the Government has provided for us to use, good luck with getting a resoloution.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Public forums need to be realised anyone can post. If you have left gaps in stories, people my assume, and because this is a 24/7 world in between your posts someone will have replied, made an assumption and someone else taken that and carried on - a bit like chinese whispers.0
