So your cash balance is the total of cash showing in Phoenix account and the difference.

There were 513 Royal Dutch Shell holdings in LC's list of shares transferred to ITI.
415 were GB00B03MM408
98 were GB00B03MLX29
No shares were listed with GB00BMWWHW80

Is anyone else struggling to access their account please? Two days ago I was able to see that I now have a Phoenix account, albeit an empty one, now I am constantly getting a username or password error. I can’t reset the password as it says my username is incorrect though it was fine before! I can’t even find a phone number for help. Please can someone tell me how to contact them. This is a total nightmare! I want my cash out and my shares transferring. STRESSED!!0

The 415 are RDSB shares - that's what the ISIN tells me.

That should be priority #1.
The number for their helpline is a waste of time , it puts you through to a call centre in South Africa (honestly). That's the number 020 7562 8001 option 1. If that fails, do not select option 1. This may then take you to the broker line.
Of course, you can email accountmanagement@iticapital.com ....they may even reply (doubt it!).
The there is 020 7562 8015 which might get through to customer service (these words do NOT go together). This will be
someone working from home. Chance of success - low.
Then there is
{Removed by Forum Team}(You'll be lucky if she answers)
{Removed by Forum Team}(made lots of promises but when I asked him to do something, he didn't, he went all silent)
{Removed by Forum Team}Emailed him many times, they don't trust him with a phone as he never gives it out
How could I forget
{Removed by Forum Team}You've got NO CHANCE - he's waaaaay too busy!
IN SHORT
MANY HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT ITI CAPITAL AND MANY FAIL. THEY DO EXIST...(although so does Santa).
Clairabella - there is virtually nothing that you can say that would surprise this forum other than you managed to make contact with them and they have sorted the problem.
Set your sights low and be prepared to be underwhelmed. In time the pain is cathartic.
p.s
You want to get out asap before they get hit with fines of £650 per complaint from the FOS.
p.p.s.
Their internal ticketing msg system is a joke- they NEVER reply. (Q: Has ANYONE EVER GOT A REPLY FROM THE TICKETING SYSTEM?)
You need to fill in a form and send it to them to get cash out - the withdrawal form is located in the Deposit page....go figure !

Good news!
One of my 10 ex-SVS accounts has now moved to HL and it looks 100% correct although of course the cash is still missing as this will follow later, hopefully the other 9 accounts will follow very soon. Also the recent RDSB dividends paid on the 21/9 are all showing as correct in my ITI cash accounts so things are improving.
Fingers crossed for the rest of the transfers and for everyone else who is still waiting.
I had forgotten how beautiful and simple a proper stockbroker's dashboard looks with all the data and support documents you need and none of the ITI drivel which they call "market-leading"!1 -

I mentioned earlier, I have had to phone iWeb several times to explain 'cokcups' from ITI and everytime I phone I get through to someone whose first language is English (even better, Northern English!!) and the max I have waited is 3 mins to get through.
I emailed another broker today (Interactive Investors) - just after lunchtime....I noticed a reply a few hrs later to say that they have done what I asked them to.
ITI Capital are not even close in customer service levels, they are expensive and I will be extremely surprised if they actually survive. There are plenty of other options out there.

RasputinB said:If shares are "stuck" with ITI Capital because your preferred broker won't take them wouldn't it be a good idea to ask Leonard Curtis what you can do?Done that......their response, quick as it was, actually missed the point of my email.....they have contacted the Transfer Out team on my behalf to hurry along our transfers of both Phoenix and Qort accounts however in my email I explained (quite clearly I thought!) that iWeb won't accept the Qort account so now what happens - this is part of my response back to LC and I quote"the problem is that iWeb will NOT accept the Qort account as it only contains the delisted BNN shares and on the other hand, ITI Capital will not accept AIM shares in their Phoenix account so my question is: what am I supposed to do, or more to the point what are you going to do about this. We can't be the only ex-SVS clients to hold AIM listed shares - why was this problem not known before ITI Capital took on the responsibility. If, as I suspect, these shares are going to lay dormant in a Qort account until they are relisted am I going to be charged by ITI for holding this account - after what we've all been subjected to I sincerely hope this is not the case."I've already submitted letters of complaint to FCA; FOS and my MP so not sure where else to turn. I'm beginning to lose the will to live.
