  • Have been reading this forum from Day 1, appreciate all the info here.
Is there anyone who is non UK resident  (I'm in NZ) who has access to Phoenix yet? I was sent credentials a month ago but when I log in I still get "Your account application is pending approval". My wife hasn't even got to the stage where they create a Phoenix account - still only shows her QORT account.
    Thanks all.

Can you transfer some shares to another broker, or must you transfer entire holdings? ie If I have 100K Barclays and 20K Lloyds and 10K Aviva, can I transfer the Barclays to another broker and let the rest with ITI?

Am I the only one (ex SVS) who wonders why in God's name anybody would want to stay with ITI?

My wife and I live in France, to date I have access to my Phoenix account, although I think that it is an awful trading platform and to be honest not quite sure how it works. My wife does not have access to her Phoenix account, even though we created an account about 8 weeks ago, and then ITI created another account that is 'in progress', progress not being a word that I associate with ITI.
  • Thanks Lear. Your post prompted me to check my HL account and all shares have been transferred correctly. No cash but hopefully this will follow. I am nearly out of this mess!!

That's great news, gibson81. Hopefully not too long and all of us with outstanding transfers will be shot of them.

Re cash, I take comfort in the post that someone made yesterday about their conversation with iWeb - that it typically follows after the event. And I'm sure HL mentioned the same to me a couple of months back when I first submitted the transfer request to them, so at least the message is consistent from a variety of sources.
  • Sorry but no idea what to do here, I just want to move my shares away from ITI Capital and just moved to the Halifax Share platform or HL but ITIdon't respond to any emails, Support tickets raised in the ITI portal or pick up the phone to me. Any advise would be most welcome? Saved my money up for 3 years via company share save and for 14 months not had access to it. Its beyond a joke.

Just initiate a tranfer request from Halifax / or HL. They will then communicate with ITI to get your accounts transferred. I am not sure why you are sending ITI any emails - you don't need to if you want to transfer out completely.

  • After several weeks of hounding ITI, I've just started to make some progress on my ISA account transfer to Interactive Investor.
I've recently received a valuation from ITI and all looks in order, however Interactive Investor have now told me I cannot transfer in my RDS.B shares!

Apparently they are "unsupported" and are ineligible for transfer. I feel there must be some mistake.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced similar problems, or could offer an explanation? I've asked II to explain the problem but still waiting for an answer...
