I'm doing similar but in two stages. I've started the first stage listing all the ISA holdings I want to go to the first new broker. When I was happy that was completed OK I was going to send a second transfer request to move the remaining ISA shares to the 2nd new broker.
Needless to say I haven't got anywhere close to step one being acknowledged by ITI......and I can imagine the whole thing grinding to a halt if they insist I do a closure form. I won't with the second half of the transfer still pending.
Unfortunately not all brokers support partial transfers so I'm in a two step process to escape from ITI.0 -
This might be of interest to those with transfer delays -
Ombudsman Dara Islam's Final Decision DRN2678961 awarded £350 for the trouble and upset caused by a delayed transfer where the complainant stated that "He has written evidence from IWEB that it chased Barclays 24 times between the 6 February and the 27 July to comply with the transfer request without success. The transfer was only completed after he referred his complaint to this service." And that "The adjudicator also ignored his request for a copy of the [telephone] transcript and that he didn’t thoroughly investigate the reasons why it took approximately 9 months for Barclays to transfer the shares to IWEB".
Anyone interested in the details can get the whole Final Decision here

Have been reading this forum from Day 1, appreciate all the info here.
Is there anyone who is non UK resident (I'm in NZ) who has access to Phoenix yet? I was sent credentials a month ago but when I log in I still get "Your account application is pending approval". My wife hasn't even got to the stage where they create a Phoenix account - still only shows her QORT account.
Thanks all.0 -

Am I the only one (ex SVS) who wonders why in God's name anybody would want to stay with ITI?

All, very pleased to announce that my stocks have appeared in my HL account. As others have reported, cash isn't there yet, but it's a mighty relief to see the shares back in my control given that this was the lion's share of our value.
I hope this gives the rest of you awaiting news some hope. Stick with it and keep pestering both your target broker to follow up, and of course ITI to get on with it. It's certainly confirmed my belief that we're dealing with a very poorly run operation than an outfit that is intentionally denying us access to our assets.6 -

Thanks Lear. Your post prompted me to check my HL account and all shares have been transferred correctly. No cash but hopefully this will follow. I am nearly out of this mess!!3

Re cash, I take comfort in the post that someone made yesterday about their conversation with iWeb - that it typically follows after the event. And I'm sure HL mentioned the same to me a couple of months back when I first submitted the transfer request to them, so at least the message is consistent from a variety of sources.1 -
Sorry but no idea what to do here, I just want to move my shares away from ITI Capital and just moved to the Halifax Share platform or HL but ITIdon't respond to any emails, Support tickets raised in the ITI portal or pick up the phone to me. Any advise would be most welcome? Saved my money up for 3 years via company share save and for 14 months not had access to it. Its beyond a joke.0
