Danie6 said:Eventually I now have a Qort account showing my recent dividends and also my shares in Atlantic Coal, which could not be transferred to IBKR because they were delisted. Then the company went belly up and the shares are worth buggerall. If I just leave them there I may end up paying ITI's holding fees for something that can only be thrown in the dust bin. So how about asking for a reverse transfer to see what LC will do with them? They also deserve a headache. I first want to transfer my dividends out of course.
SVS had removed my one belly-up share from my account, so I was a bit bemused when it reappeared on arrival at ITI.
Now it is dawning on me that it will be yet another bit of uncooperative ITI octopus tentacle that I will have to get nailed into place in order to be completely free of this SVS debacle.
I am still stuck with two Phoenix accounts at Pending Approval (they had me as an American for a few weeks but corrected that a couple of weeks ago to UK resident) with no discernible way of getting access to my shares.
I send complaint emails in all directions and nothing changes. No one cares.
Meanwhile one of my transfer requests may have progressed to the new broker knowing what shares I have - but is thwarted by the delisted holding. The other broker says ITI are still ignoring them weeks and weeks after being contacted.1 -

(and you can save as a pdf if you want).

I can still log in to my Phoenix account, and as for my wife, well it has only been 9 weeks of 'in-progress', the new password did not work with her account.1

Just logged onto my PX accounts....the value of the shares in both the trading account and my ISA is zero. Normally, one would be worried if one were to log onto a trading platform and see this....However, when it comes to ITI Capital, it is par for the course. Actually, are they on the point of moving the accounts?
I can still see the shares and quantities but the value is zero. There is also a cash balance.
(I also see my wife's accounts are marked as zero value in shares and a small sum of cash as well)
(maybe Monsieur Bourse's scammers have "transferred them"? .. only took them from 6pm, pretty efficient)

Shock has over come me!
I idly logged in to my Hargreaves Account and have received the shares from my SVS/ITI ISA.
No cash as yet....
But.... brace yourselves....
They seem to have achieved a partial transfer OK - I was going to shift one holding to a separate new broker in order to spread my risk between brokers. The first half of the transfer has finally completed.
No idea as to the state of what has been left in ITI. My Qort account still lists everything and my Phoenix account is still pending approval.
Can't check how my II transfer is going (hit the snag of a delisted holding) and the II website is being over-hauled until late Sunday.

Remember to complain to both the FCA and the FOS...especially the latter.
https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact-us/complain-online
( personally had enough of ITI...when they get hit with a £650 fine per complaint they will sit up....They have given us an extremely poor service, don't let them get away with it!)

My transfers are progressing I'm pleased to say, although I have had to intervene a few times to steer AJ Bell as they seem to be following the transfer process to the letter, which doesn't suit the ITI situation.
Having seen a few recent posts regarding unusual holding situations I browsed the LC annex PDF and noticed that there are a number of clients, like myself, who have Eridge Capital Ltd holdings (formerly New World Oil and Gas). A moot point but it's odd that the annex PDF lists them as Eridge Capital but my Qort account has reverted to the original NWOG name, in any case the holding can not be transferred as AJ say they are no longer a trading stock (and they obviously no longer have any monetary value).
However the holdings seem to have persisted so I emailed the NWOG action group for advice (http://www.nwogaction.co.uk) and got a fast response suggesting converting the holding from digital to paper form (which may incur a cost by ITI - not sure I'd be happy with that), as there is an ongoing class action that may ultimately require proof of your original NWOG holding. Has any other holder of the stock got any more they can shed on the matter?0
