In the above post didn't mean to use spoiler tag. I am new here.

Has anyone else not received login details yet?
Separately, anyone that has access, what has happened with the Corporate Finance Bonds Limited bonds that we were 'persuaded' to buy by SVS Securities cold callers? I know they had 0 value attributed when they sent us the client statements but hopeful they do have at least some value now following the transfer to ITI?0 -
My partner hasn't received 'welcome login' email and we are UK based. Has anyone received welcome email today.

We are UK based as well and haven't gotten any login details. Hopefully the long wait is finally over to access our assets.0

My wife hasn't received the invitation to log in.
(1) I have. I received an email which was to on board the non ISA account first.
Non ISA account was on boarded and assets ( shares and division and cash) are correct.
Status : on boarding submitted
(2) A few hours later on, I started to on-board the ISA account. The shares were correct and the cash balance displayed seemed about right. I thus began the ISA on boarding and the cash balance now displays as " zero"..should be over £4k and the on boarding process appears" stuck" at
Status "on boarding in progress"

Nbs222 asked:
"Has anyone's status changed from 'on boarding submitted" .
Both my accounts are listed as "On-Boarding In Progress" on the Summary of Accounts page when I click on 'My Portfolio'. - and if I click on what I guess is a little eye icon under 'Actions' I can see all my holdings: each share with number held, value etc (it seems to be in $ for some reason) and also the cash holding for my non-ISA but no cash holding showing for my ISA account - yet (and there definitely should be some).

I'm off to the South of France...I've now apparently got well over $870k in just Vodafone alone!

Just if it's of interest to others, much to my surprise I received an email from ITI about an hour ago, inviting me to start the onboarding process - whereas I wasn't expecting anything from them until Monday at the very very very earliest because I thought they were closed for the weekend, and I live in the EU, not the UK, and figured I'd be low down on the invite list. Thanks to all the info that other people have helpfully posted, I knew to accept all of their terms and conditions, gave the relevant info like address and tax ID# (or National Insurance number), and had a good quality PDF scan ready & waiting on my computer desktop for both my passport and an EU electricity bill which needed to have my name on it (it was dated early June), and the inbuilt laptop webcam enabled them to take a selfie of my face. Very straightforward, very simple, took about 25 minutes from start to finish, longer than necessary perhaps because I checked through what shares and cash they said I had, and noted down any other info I wanted as I went along. The info on what shares and cash they have comes right at the very beginning, and I couldn't re-access it later (or didn't find how to) because the application is "being processed" (even though they've already confirmed that my onboarding was successful), so it's worth checking through the early list before you continue on through the onboarding process if you want peace of mind later. Some of my share holdings' details had different names to what I expected (like GB0001735204 instead of the name of the asset) but I had a list of exactly how many shares I had of each asset in my portfolio so I could realise what it was and tick it off.
Incidentally a couple of days ago I downloaded from their ITI Capital Trading website the Phoenix Trading platform, and there's a faint little "demo" button on the login portal - which you can click on, and which gives you a little taster of just how confusing it's going to be to use it, if you're not a professional trader. I was pleased to see that there's a "liquidate all holdings" option which might be helpful if one wants to just get out asap. Best wishes to everyone else waiting to get the onboarding invite, hopefully it'll be soon for you too!2 -
My email has just come through, what on earth is client classification status? Retail or professional? Also who has utility bills these days everything is online!
