I get an error message ‘Internal server error’ when I try to sign in from both pc and mobile.
Needless to say no response yet from ITI to yesterday’s email request for help. Why go live over a weekend with no support?
I’m also concerned about full login details being in an insecure email. Just hope the follow up security checks are robust.
Thanks for all those who have given advice in these posts.
  • I received my welcome email on Saturday afternoon. Finally managed to jump through the registration rigmarole and then found that I only have my ISA account which is now showing as "On-boarding submitted". They did ask for my NI number.
I'm a bit concerned that there is no sign of my normal trading account though. Is anyone else missing an account?
I raised a ticket with them but am not holding my breath for a reply. Incidentally the ticket was time stamped five hours ahead of UK time putting them either in Russia or one of the "Stan" countries! As if is wasn't bad enough already.....

Yes exactly the same situation as you, only ISA account shows. I am not sure if you have to verify each account separately. Has anyone else had to do this?

Similar situation with mine, got email last evening but only for normal trading account, but no ISA account details. May be another email for that one due?
  • Thanks guys - at least it's reassuring to know I'm not alone in this! Guess we will have to wait and see what happens regarding another email and/or verification.

With the second account you have to go through a similar on boarding procedure as for the first account but the ID process is skipped over as you've done that for your first account.

    Thanks for the info.

i've created a ticket too, when had to upload a "selfie" couldn't do it on laptop, the text they sent to do it on phone went to internal service error and the option to save for later just never existed despite it say it was there so my ID onboarding process has went only half completed. Can see ITI being inundated with emails. Seems an overly complicated process and overly complicated platform all in. Wish i had transferred to another broker

shiznit76, I too had a lot of problems trying to understand what was required with the selfie they were requesting, having never taken a selfie in my life. I discovered that there is a camera in my laptop, but could not work out how I was supposed to connect it to ITI. In the end I used a digital camera and copied the photo onto my computer and then uploaded it to ITI , it seems to have worked as my application was accepted.
Ravima, I received my e-mail to start my application yesterday morning, but my wife who also has an account with SVS has still not received anything. In fact she did not receive the welcoming e-mail or the we have screwed up e-mail from ITI, she has sent them a e-mail enquiring as to what has happened, but hold little hope of receiving a prompt response. So one received, one not, living outside the UK.

ITI have simply screwed up ! They have gone live without really understanding the IT requirements and demands to transfer the 20,000 people's accounts. I just wonder how they will cope when a lot of UK residents migrate away from them?

By the way - if you have a webcam on your laptop, you will need to allow access to your computer so that the software ("who-you") can activate your webcam, take your picture and then upload to ITI....yes, very secure (NOT).

Is there any other company that wants a picture ? (certainly not iWeb nor Interactive Investors).

My wife got the we're running late but awaits the "on boarding" invite received by email.
I basically think that the IT infrastructure cannot handle the demand of so many emails etc.
