Can anyone recommend a good alternative to ITI? Looking for small number of shrae trades each year. Looked at Iweb, but they seem to get poor reviews

Is anyone on status other than "On-Boarding In Progress"  or "On-boarding submitted".

Struggled a bit this morning to open my account which I have created a month ago but eventually succeeded and found no holdings in it. The last communication I received was Thursday when they told us of the small delay. I hope they fix it today. My2penneth's calculation is a big worry.

Has anyone managed to trade yet?  Please let me know what you had to do to trade....I can't find any way to sell.
For what it is worth, one of four accounts that I control are open.  I have heard nothing concerning the others.
Does anyone understand the reference to Interactive Brokers?  Do they white label one of ITI's platforms?

I thought my portfolio showed up in dollars because I selected or missed selecting the country / bank country correctly on the on-boarding form. I guess I'm not the only one with this mis-selection / miscategorisation problem.

also @My2penneth, it seems they have problems with getting data about most commonly traded stocks. I wonder how they manage with their over 30000+ clients ?!
It might be worth trying to sell some of the close to million dollars in vodafone you've got there

I've now tried to ring ITI 4 times and not got through. My confidence in this firm is falling further.. (if possible) .

I have encountered another problem with their "onboarding" process.  My wife's SVS account was in her married name but her ID documents (passport, bank account, etc) still happen to be in her maiden name.  Needless to say, ITI Capital's automated system cannot deal with this and rejects her documents with a message stating: "NAME MISMATCH: The name found on the document does not match the identity being verified. Please try an alternative document that has the correct name. If you do not have any documentation matching the full name of this request, you will need to click "I have nothing else to add" and cancel the request.

Not much use really.  I have phoned them today on 020 7562 8001 and since the call went to voice mail, I left a message asking them to call back.  I have also emailed them today at support@iticapital.com.  So far no replies.  I will update here when/if I hear back.
