    I've got my login details earlier today like many here in the UK.  I've logged in and can see my account number and the various confirmation boxes to tick.  However, I'm intending on transferring straight to my existing iWeb account.  Do I need to tick all the boxes or can I now initiate a transfer from iWeb entering in my ITIC account number?
    The email states that you should complete 1-5 of the below before 6?  Do I need to go through that and then initiate a broker transfer request via ITI first before completing the iWeb transfer form?  Thanks in advance for anyone more knowledgeable then me on this.
    1. Login to the ITI website using the temporary login credentials provided;
    2. Select your username/password to access your account(s) going forward;
    3. Either Agree to or Decline ITI’s Terms of Business;
    4. Follow the on-screen prompts;
    5. Upload identification documentation to verify your identity; and
    6. Initiate a Broker Transfer request or begin using your account to trade,

    You need to complete steps 1-5, but you could submit the transfer request now and have them done by the time ITI starts processing the transfer as it will take iWeb a few days to send across, and ITI are unlikely to action it immediately.

    Thanks masonic (for your reply and your posts throughout this past 11+ months).  One last query, should I and others in the same position accept or decline ITI Terms of Business?  I don't suppose it would do any harm to accept these anyway as long as the transfer is done in a timely manner, there will be no charges anyway.

    I am UK based and received  login email this morning , but my partner hasn't  though did receive  update email last night.
    After quite a bit of struggle managed to submit 'onboarding' , that was 4 hours ago , my ISA account is still showing status of
    'On-Boarding Submitted'  while the normal account has status of 'Awaiting Your Decision'.
    I wonder what the status 'Awaiting Your Decision' mean , does it mean decision to create Phoenix account

    or just  leave the account as  is and get  transfer initiated from  another broker.

    I don't see how you can expect to extract any kind of service from them (including processing a transfer) if you have declined their terms of service.

    Well, they have set my ISA account up as a non-ISA account, so that's not a good start.  Email now sent to ITI with the proof being the final statement from LC which states it's an ISA account, but how long will it take ITI to now sort this I wonder...
    Anyone else encountering this issue?

    How do you know that they've set it up as a non-ISA or an ISA account? I can't see any indication of either when I look at my ISA.
