NS&I - Changing Nominated Account

Can anyone see how to change the nominated account on NS&I holdings? Under "Your Profile" I can see how to list the NS accounts and which they are linked to. But even if I click Change I cannot see how to change the association.

Go to > your profile > nominated accounts > add account
On the 'add account' page it says:This is the account we'll send any withdrawals or other payments to.
It must be:
- a personal account in your name
- held at a UK bank/building society
- able to receive payments by direct bank transfer
Fill in your details, this will then be your nominated account, to check you can go to the page with the list of nominated accounts and check to see if its now linked.
If you are registered for their phone service, you can do it over the phone - NS&I freephone: 08085 007 007
Have an Investment Account? You’ll need to complete a form and post it to NS&I:

Thanks, I have now sorted it. I have several NS&A accounts, some were associated with my old account (now closed) and others my active main account (which I've had for many years). For some reason I could not select my main account when I tried to change, even although it was listed. So I added my active account again (same details) and now I can change!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Credit Cards, Savings & investments, and Budgeting & Bank Accounts boards. Doesn't work for me, I don't have a nominated account & there is no add nominated account option. I've been round in circles on their website more times Than I care to contemplate.0

What exactly happens when you try adding a nominated account? It seems odd that you don't have any yet. What account(s) do you have with NS&I?towerob said:Doesn't work for me, I don't have a nominated account & there is no add nominated account option. If you have Premium Bonds, you should be able to add a bank account, which might be considered your nominated account
