You can't post a link to a file on your computer.

If you want to show us something you'll need to upload it to a webhosting site, like Dropbox, Imgur, there are many others, then post a link here.

By 'popla 9,5' do you perhaps mean paragraph 9 of POFA?

hi Keith, yes to popla paragraph and sorry just been informed of what you say about showing files so i deleted the post
unfortunately i'm not too savvy with computers so it may take a while to sort out

Again you have directed us towards files on your computer - on the C: drive on your computer.

Please re-read my earlier post and if you need help on how to do that perhaps a post on The Techie Stuff Board would be appropriate.
