I get a few pictures of the site plus the clickable link to the notepad text file, which if actioned takes you to the dropbox notepad file , which you can download and open in notepad

this is in firefox on a windows 10 laptop

so the link can be made to work, but its not a pdf with picture files embedded or anything like a popla appeal upload would be

would you suggest i used pdf for my appeal and does it read ok to use as is

You really should combine it all into one pdf file and submit it to PoPLA using the guidance in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread.

I.e...

These then get saved as PDFs and uploaded to POPLA under OTHER (ONLY) - do not think you only have 2000 characters in some box on the POPLA wepage!

Points 1 and 2 are the same. You need to explain why the PCN is non PoFA compliant.

Point 2, sub-paras 5,6,9,11,and 12 of what?

If you refer to something, you need to refer to it by its name first. For example, Protection of Freedoms Act (PoFA).
