If you really believe there might have been a data breach report it to the ICO. They'll investigate it for you.

Did you miss the multiple posts from the OP saying that he wasn't abusive and didn't swear?

I read his comments you've quoted more as being incredulous - that you might expect that sort of behaviour from a consumer (not that its reasonable, just that you wouldn't be surprised if it came from them) but not the business.
