In what name is your vehicle's V5C (logbook)? That's the best document to copy to them.
If you've changed your name already on that what about the most recent utility bill in your married name?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Show them something else as ID (utility bill in your name at that address?
Council tax bills from two different years, in old name then new name?) and a copy of your marriage cert/decree nisi/absolute if it helps and you want to share it.

Obviously explain that this is you and mention the spelling but show enough evidence to show YOU live there and YOU owned that car and YOU have that married name.
