Nothing more to do except re-read items 6, 7 and 8 in the list in post #7 above.
And of course, it almost goes without saying, gather evidence and think about a Witness Statement as described in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.0 -
Prepare for the DQ from the CCBC, which can be emailed
Ignore that DQ from the claimant
As above, prepare for the WS plus Exhibits plus costs schedule to be submitted a few weeks before the court hearing0 -
How long will they take to contact?0

Who knows ? But you can download your own , fill it in and email it same as the defence, the Newbies thread tells you this
Login and check the status0 -
Hi everyone!
So Gladstones have sent an email saying they want to mediate. They have sent a direction's questionaire. What should I do at this point?0 -
Re-read points 7 and 8 in the list in post #7 above.
That, together with Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread, should be all the help you need at this stage.0 -
Don’t see the point in mediation - they want lots and you want to pay nothing.
The fact they are willing to mediate seems they are not very confident.
This might be worth a try - see what others think:-
Dear Gladstones,
I have your email suggesting mediation regarding your client’s claim.
I have been advised to issue a Letter Before Claim to your client for accessing my data from the DVLA without reasonable cause.
The sum claimed would be £500.
If you were to proceed I would be asking the court for unreasonable behaviour costs as well as standard costs on the day.
Bearing in mind that your client’s weak case has little chance of success I suggest that you discontinue within 7 days.0 -
Sorry meant to say I received it via mail not email.
I have to fill out the directions questionaire and return it too. . .0 -
Yes, as everyone always does in every case, ticking the boxes bargepole's thread tells them about.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

As long as it's the DQ from the CCBC you fill in, not the DQ sent by gladrags (if necessary download your DQ from MCOL)
All this is covered by the newbies sticky thread and the post by bargepole , email your DQ as an attachment to the same email address as the Defence was emailed to
A SAR reply is 30 day's , a court case lasts several months or longer , sometimes much longer , hence why you gather evidence0
