Oh I thought you had posted an update for us. Hope the new job is going well and that all the changes are why you haven't been posting. I miss your diary, although it was hard to find anything recently with the new forum. Come back soon and let us know how things are.4

Hello, Hello, Hello!I missed you guys!!!! How are you all? First time I’ve seen the new forum, definitely better for the phone but all a bit confusing trying to find my thread! So here I am, week 2 of my new job, and it’s amazing!!!! Best decision I made, I feel so happy already, it’s made a massive difference to my mood!So money....... erm ok, so no going off the rails, but admittedly have used the credit card far more than I should have! Budget pots are all still in play, and my EF is at £1400. However, credit card budget completely over at about £2,600. I get paid next week, although not a full month so another month of things being tight. The next month will be my full pay and my raise will mean I’m £800 approx up every month. Credit card will be paid off, and then it will be save save save.I hope everyone is ok with you all, I’m really sorry for deserting but my old work took my laptop from me, then I got the flu and was in bed for my entire period of gardening leave , then started a new job RL got in the way! I fully intend on being fully back on the bandwagon as soon as everything straightens out.XxxMy debt free journey, diary and all! New Life Pending :beer:9

Thanks Purplefairy! I’ll look forward to catching up with your diary when I get a minute. Last week was crazy, I did over 900 miles in 5 days, exhausted wasnt the word! The good news is I can now claim back most of my mileage so I can really lower my fuel budget to just personal which is hardly nothing. Feeling V. Positive, can you tell?? LolMy debt free journey, diary and all! New Life Pending :beer:2

Hey! Glad you're back and ok (minus the flu wiping out what should have been your restful gardening leave).
You were expecting it to be tight and planned for possible credit card use in between jobs so I have no doubt you are all over it. So glad to hear that everything is going well and that your enjoying the new job
