I've also checked the hospital car parking system.
    The paperwork has all changed.
It now lists extra T&Cs and different permit types.
    Other restrictions as well.

They have basically updated the paperwork in line with all the errors I wrote about in my official appeal.

How can they take me to court, when there acknowledging the mistakes by changing the contracts. What's a judge going to say?

If they cancel my PCN, then in theory all other permit holders should not have paid. They have the same permits and paperwork.
One year - that's a lot of PCNs.

    Just a thought.

Add that observation to your email to the Enforcement team and remind them you will expose the false evidence in court. Give them seven days to cancel the charge.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi Everyone,
Just posting a final update to this PCN from April 2019. I received a LBCCC in January 2020 and was getting ready to go to court. I emailed parking eye on a special address based on the advice here. Parking Eye replied saying the PCN is on hold and they will get back to me in 20 days. I never heard from them again.
What I did see was a massive change to the written parking permit contract, a new computer system where you have to sign an agreement with Parking Eye themselves. They also have now specified the different types of permits. By doing this they have basically acknowledged the confusion and flaws in their system, which is what my appeal was based on.

It's been 3 months now - PASSED THEIR OWN DEADLINE TO TAKE ANY ACTION.
Bit of a pity - I would have enjoyed the day in court listening to them trying to explain the signs they said don't exist.
This was a surreal and disturbing experience. It's amazing they can actually win any cases - as to be honest they break many consumer laws.

Just want to thank everyone for all the help.

They could still file a claim, theyre not estoppped from doing so, meaning you must keep everything.

If you login to their website 'Pay My Parking Charge' (or whatever they call it) as if to pay the charge, you can check its status. If it says 'Cancelled' that should be it, so take a screen shot and save for posterity.

    File a claim?     Really?

Well there's nothing more I can do. They have not answered any of my questions, have lied, they have changed the terms and conditions of the original contract - therefore admitting their errors. And have not replied back within 20 days as they originally specified.

I'm struggling to see how they can stand up in court. I'm not going to pay them any money, if they take me to court I'll have to make a vexatious claim back for expenses.

You don't claim expenses , as a counter claim

You submit a summary costs assessment as part of your witness statement plus exhibits stage just before the hearing
