Court fee = claim filing fee

Doesn't the witness statement identify the what the additional £25 is for? If you look at the MCOL website it gives you a guide on court fees but I can't see where it defines the hearing fee. However the extra £25 is likely for that, as indicated by this website.

Why have you re-posted exactly the same info? Both C-m and myself have explained what the additional £25 is for.

Sorry, I didn't read the site you guided me to. I assumed it was two lots of Court Fees. I didn't realise they could charge one Court Fee and one Trial fee.
    Thanks

This alone can be a good introduction to the judge about the abuse of process BWL practice as per coupon-mad's post #14 in this thread

This fake fee (debt collection) can be rubbished in front of the judge

Why did you not realise it ? , It's what they have to pay out , so can try to claim back , all court claims have 2 payment deadlines , one to the CCBC , one to the court

Umkomaas has posted the breakdown of costs many times on here , but the total is £200 or less , the extra £60 or £70 debt collector charges are part of the abuse of process as shown in the thread by beamerguy

Look at what Umkomaas has posted , then you will see the spurious additional charges
