    My Witness Statement including all Exhibits was dropped off at Court in a Ring binder, labelled and tabbed and an electronic copy sent to BW Legal.
    I will wait until I have received Premier Parks Witness Statement and start writing my Skeleton Argument. Thanks to you all for your help so far, really appreciated.

    The Contract between the Landowner and PP states 'ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: permits, times, spaces etc
    30 minute maximum stay, no return within 1 hour
    The Car Park was 45 minute maximum stay. Does that mean the Contract is null and void? Thanks CM

    Does the contract have a severability clause? If YES, then one clause not being met does not render the whole contract void.
    even if it were, i dont know how offering more time is likely to be an issue, additionally there may have been an amendment to that section that wasnt supplied.

    I am working through their Witness Statement and going to reply to each point in my Skeleton Argument so I will probably still mention it. They have added another £25 though so the charge is now £290. They just dont stop do they :rotfl:
