Thanks everyone, really appreciate your individual help and reading all your comments and posts that have given me so much help and information.

PP have responded to my SAR and forwarded the following:
- a copy of the original PCN
- a copy of the First Reminder
They have stated that I am not entitled to the other information (see below) and.... 'they must advise, the additional information you have requested does not fall under your rights with regard to Article 15 of the GDPR and therefore we will not be providing this to you.'
How do I ask for the information again please as I know the signs are insufficient and inadequate, that there was no contract with the landowner at the time and no Planning Permission for signs, cameras or running a business from that site.

Please provide a SAR for *** ****** giving copies of all information being held and all communication sent
Please provide a map showing photos of the signs and supplying details of the position and size of the signs.
Please provide details of the approved Planning Permission for the signs and the cameras
Please provide a copy of the contract between the land owner and Premier Park and the supermarket.
Please provide details of the the ANPR servicing and calibration.

None of those are your data so they are correct in saying that you have no entitlement to that data

You can only obtain data about you and your own vehicle , not signs or landowner authority etc

You may be given these at the WS plus exhibits stage , because they have to give you copies of what they send to the court , sane as you do (the evidence)

Now you have your own data you check for POFA compliance and check the evidential pictures etc , such as those on the NTK

Check it's the correct location , check dates , check everything you can

Once your DQ goes in the CCBC will allocate your local court and you will receive their court order , read it carefully and follow the instructions and deadlines
