I hope your exhibits are numbered as in Blak001 , Blak002 etc or similar and referenced in your WS above (you could use initials as in ABC001 , ABC002 etc)
cant see the CRA 2015 nor abuse of process stuff being referenced above
should be a copy and paste numbered exhibit and referenced in your WS, if spurious charges were added0 -
For the Exhibits, I will be attaching them to the email I send to the Court alongside the WS. The file names will all be named F001 F002 etc...
Sorry, I don't know what you mean by: "should be a copy and paste numbered exhibit and referenced in your WS, if spurious charges were added"0 -
I'm so sorry RedX - but I can't find:
"the CEC16 thread where coupon mad explains it as she assisted in court
or
"the ABUSE OF PROCESS thread by beamerguy"
I have searched the Newbies thread and also the forum as a whole with the keywords to no avail...0 -
Are the threads these:

the file names F001 F002 should be in your WS then, referencing the exhibits which have the relevant F001 or F002 etc reference
check your charges on the claim form, if they added the fake £60 etc then coupon mad wrote a supplementary WS to be added as yet another exhibit , so say F009 or whatever
also there should be your costs schedule to , added as say F010 and a short paragraph in your WS about that too
plus the relevant CRA points made by coupon mad in her recommendations and summing up , so maybe add them as yet ANOTHER referenced F011 exhibit with a short pargraph in the WS
so short paragraphs detailing each exhibit and what it is, with the F regference number , plus add the actual exhibit with its inbdividual reference number
this isnt just a WS , it also references the exhibits
a typical court claim is usually less than £200 , so if they added another £60 fake addon charge, demolish it0 -

Guys I am so pleased that you are being so responsive an patient!!
I was about to list the costs that they ask for on the claim form as I do not believe they add up (as mentioned in my defence).
Shall I list them? or could that identify me...0 -
they willl find out tomorrow anyway, it will be exhibit F0XX and referenced in your WS
PARANOIA GONE MAD : )0 -
I am just paranoid that they trawl the forums and may find this one and use it against me!
In the Particulars of the Claim (that I argued lacked specificityin my defence) they set it out as:
£129.50 for the PCN. No idea how they got to that figure when the PCN is £100.
£29.50 interest at a rate of 0.02 from <date of the ticket>
£60 contractual costs persuant to the PCN Terms and Conditions (yet it only mentions the amount of £60 on the PCN as the reduced figure if paid in 14 days...)
So the particulars of the claim detail three amounts the add up to £219
Then they also have a box opposite on the claim form setting out:
Amount claimed: £189.50
Court fee £25
Legal Representative's costs: £50
Total amount: £264.50
All that doesn't add up.0
