As from the 6th April 2020 there is a change in witness statements for telling the truth. We already know that witness statements from legals representing parking companies are fabrications. Especially the fake £60 add-on. This now means claims for the unlawful £60 could mean the legals will be in contempt of court. It also means that spurious claims on behalf of their client without knowing if the claim is valid will be contempt.

Therefore, you scrutinise their witness statement and alert the court  if you believe it is false

Wouldn't it be good to have one of them royally stitched up with a nasty outcome delivered by a switched on Judge. I suspect the pursuit model of both Gs and BWL will be far less cavalier!

i wonder how much the parking skimdustry, or even 'Jack Chapman', have forced this change.

Yes, from the 6th April the judges must obey.   BWLegal and Gladstones plus the other copy cats legals are in for a shock ....... then there is the SRA

BWLegal can back out now but ...  Gladstones, they will have all the members OF the scam IPC to answer to.   SCAM EXPOSED
