Maybe it's part of the lockdown process, or more likely the outcome of the court decision; sounds like this is something for the local press to "investigate".

Parking firms ruin businesses as well as people; there is no doubt in my mind.

How on earth this industry hasn't been stopped is beyond me.

It’s a beautiful spot and selling it to a business that may close the car park would be awful. The Sandy Acres car Park is in the middle of a 4 mile stretch of beach and dunes that locals have surfed and walked for years. As for the the parking company Armtrac, parasites beneath contempt.
