Stick Birchanger Welcome Break into Google and send an email to the address you will find on their website.
Using those same bold words in the forums search facility will show you several other threads.
works for me , includes the email , phone number and fax number on their main web page
so nothing hard about googling this information0 -
I posted this yesterday...
You appear not to have noticed.
Thank you - I had noticed and said thanks at the time. I didn't send an email to that address initially as advice on the newbies thread suggested speaking directly to a manager, and it wasn't clear if this email went to them or to a generic mailbox.0 -

Thank you - I googled the information before posting anywhere on this forum, and as my first post stated, I phoned the number repeatedly and it does not connect. I tried several times on 3 different days all with the same result.
In relation to the email, I didn't send anything to that email address initially as it wasn't clear if it would go to a generic inbox and advice on the newbies thread and various others suggested speaking directly to a manager.0 -

That is why we tell people to complain strongly until they get a result which happened there, anything else is just excuses and doesn't get the job done
You gotta be a Poirot with these things if you want the monkey off your back, and you did ask us what to do so you were given the correct advice0 -

Thank you - your advice is really appreciated. I have read numerous threads about complaining in order to construct a letter and have sent it in so hopefully will result in a cancellation.
Thanks again0 -
* I started a new thread in error so now continuing on this one as advised! *
Hi again,
I recently appealed to PE re a PCN for a 17 minute overstay (Original thread here)
It was rejected (surprise!) so now writing my POPLA appeal.
I have a "golden ticket" - no PoFA paragraph and received my NTK after the 14 day period.
The grounds I was going to use are:
no keeper liability
not being the liable individual
delivered outside of relevant period
grace periods
Would you also suggest I include signage and landowner authority too?
Thanks!0 -
Yes I would , definitely0

Yes I would , definitely
Sorry Redx, you did reply to me on my other thread - thank you. I'm still constructing it and am unsure what to include in the signage section. I have the template bit from Coupon-mad but not sure how much to embellish.
The driver didn't actually see any signs (hence the overstay) but has found one stock photo of a sign at the entrance to Birchanger - should this be included in the body of the appeal? Or, as they didn't see any signs on the day, should they just say this?0 -
Signage should be like the Beavis case , prominent such that a driver is fully aware of them right from the off , therefore they are queried on that basis , but as the appeal isn't a driver based appeal then the Keeper is alleging poor and inadequate signage , unlike the Beavis case
It is up to the claimant to prove otherwise
Pofa is the main appeal point , meaning that to some degree what happened on the day is irrelevant0
