Hi. Have just arrived in Turkey for a holiday booked with Expedia. The Expedia site needs you to select how many adults and how many under 17s travelling. I selected 3 adults and 1 child age 16. I suppose looking back, the awful customer centre operatives at Expedia should have just come clean and investigated in detail and admit things have gone wrong with this booking. Instead they tried it on by suggesting I just pay up to the hotel as demanded.

At best that's lazy and at worst opportunistic!
