Advice comes with knowledge, hence the questions, it's rude to ignore those questions and foolish to expect advice when there are no answers
You could have typed the info in less time than your reply took
I know because my iconia was used to reply this time0 -
Ok thanks Misty
Date of event 30/05
Date issued 06/06
Is that all you need?0 -
We were hoping that 15 days or more had elapsed between the 2 dates, due to pofa, but clearly not0

There is a load of POFA bumph re para 9 (2)(b) and 9 (2)(f) schedule 4 on the back of the PCN
And that's the other thing .... whether the PCN is POFA compliant. It sounds as if it might be.
To be certain you could write out the POFA bit word for word, or, if you do get time, follow Umkomaas' instructions in post 8 of this thread about how to upload a photo of the PCN (with personal info. covered up).0 -
I didn’t ignore question, as I said earlier I thought I had replied to it but my response didn’t upload due to some glitches.
Advice or knowledge is always appreciated from others but it doesn’t have to be given in a sarcastic or unfriendly tone. A civil response is all that’s required. And maybe an understanding that we can’t always get back on line promptly due to other commitments like people being ill.
Thank you all for your expert advice.0 -
It's PALS you complain to, not the wardThanks for your help so far RedX
I should’ve got on to PALS straight away I know but I didn’t even know they existed and have had an ill kid so now is better than not at all.
I so hope they can kill this for me!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

PALS got back to me today and have had the PCN cancelled for me.
Thank you all so much for your advice and especially for informing me of PALS in the first place (the hospital ward never mentioned this).
Relief!

Yay! Well done!
All too often PALS won't help ... you did well there.0
