    A quick update. I recently received a Notice to Keeper (none POFA) which explains they don't have driver details or address. So, they're inviting me to pay instead. What is the general consensus about this? I still have the ticket. Thanks.

    Hey people, sorry to hijack the thread but just want to find out whether anything came of this? I have recently recieved a claim form and a letter before claim for 2 separate parking contraventions at this car park... I ignored the initial letters as suggested on this thread but now I'm screwed :( ...might start a separate thread for advice on fighting it,..
