LGCP ticket query. Nottingham QMC hospital.

I got a PCN from these bad boys yesterday near the QMC hospital, Nottingham. I had purchased a valid ticket. They don't seem to belong to BPA or IPC. Is this a matter should ignore? Thanks.

Damn, they are a disgusting company. There isn't even an option for appeals on their website???!
Can you post the letter that they have sent you but redact any personal details to remain anonymous.0 -
Sounds like a windscreen ticket rather than a postal notification.
I can't find them on either the BPA or IPC AOS databases and they should therefore not be able to access the keeper's address from the DVLA.
So make no contact with LGCP whatsoever, just wait to see if anything drops though your letterbox from them. If it does, come back on this thread for some serious support and advice. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

On their Privacy page they do say:We are an Approved Operator for Parking on Private Land and our Accredited Trade Association is the International Parking Community (IPC) and you may contact them for more details or lodge a complaint at https://www.theipc.info
But as Umkomaas says, they are not on the IPC's AOS list.
To emphasise Umkomaas's further comment... do not contact LGCP in any way whatsoever.1 -
They maybe own the site??0

Thanks everybody, I shall ignore them for the time being:-)0

If it's the Leen Gate car park then it looks like they might own the site.

the first sign clearly states PENALTY , not parking (charge notices)

of the others, it does state IPC and IAS so perhaps a query to the IPC is in order
the sign inside says it is controlled and managed (not OWNED) by LGCP so I am not convinced about their ownership or not , but the Land Registry will be

Unfortunately the land cannot be found via an address at the land registry but it can be found with a map search. The land is known as below. £3 will get an unofficial copy of the title register which will name the owner of the freehold. (Unofficial copies cannot be used in court. £7 must be paid for an official copy).Address: land on the North side of Leen Gate
Lenton
Tenure: Freehold
Edit: also note that the boundary plan must be paid for separately. If you do decide to buy I'd advise buying the plan too make sure that it is indeed the correct piece of land.
No point in buying yet though.
Edit 2: is there a way to get the freeholders identity without paying?0
