Yes, do you know anybody? No one on the forum can do it for you as you have "the paperwork" in your possession! Just find a hosting site (ask Auntie Google - but imgur is one such), take a picture(s) and use the hosting site to upload it/them. The site will provide a URL and you post that on here but change https to hxxps and someone will enliven your dead link.

I have the same issue.
Long story short i raced back to qmc from lincoln as my partner was in a and e in a cubical in a bed. My son was 6 so he can not drive lol. I parked my work van on B floor ran and got the car keys off my patner rushed out and got to the car and seen it on my windscreen. Now heres the thing i was SEVEN minutes late. Now due to the situation i was in i didnt think to take a picture to prove time i just focused on whats important. I moved the car up to B floor and had to go back to work in Leicester. I got a pcn through the door which states he took the picture 20 minutes after my ticket ran out. I know it was 7 because the lady parked next to me was saying how snotty he was and said how late are you, i checked and told her. She said hes litrally just gone. I just ignored the notice but now have the letter. £100 is a bit steep for 7 minutes. Like i said i never once thought about taking a picture or i would have a point to fight. Either way its foul play.

Get in touch with the Patient Advisory Service (PALS) at the hospital and ask them to intervene to get the charge cancelled.

I’m not familiar whether ‘Floor B’ is, or is not, part of the hospital parking facility - the poster hasn’t made this clear. You obviously are much more familiar with the layout than I am. I took it at face value that the poster was on hospital parking assets.

Im stating i have the same issue as the one that is being spoken about same letter same car park its a discussion about an issue. All i did was explain my version of events. No hijacking. Just another story about the same matter. No point going to pals as its technically off hospital grounds kind of. So im hear to have a discussion to help others as it may be wise to photograph when a person arrives back to there car.
