I became curious and bought the unofficial copies and it is very curious indeed! The Land Title number is NT199169. The owners are private individuals. The parking spaces are drawn in a different configuration to how they are laid out now and, the curious part under the Charges Register:2 (12.02.2014) Each of the car parking spaces numbered on the title plan
as shown in column 2 of the schedule hereto is subject to the exclusive
right of user granted by the leases out of title No. NT189267 of flats
lying to the east of the land in this title more particularly described
in columns 3,4,5 and 6 of the said schedule. The said leases also
grant rights to use the visitors car parking spaces tinted pink on the
title plan.
3 (12.02.2014) The parts of the land affected thereby are subject to the
leases set out in the schedule of leases hereto.
The leases grant and reserve easements as therein mentioned.
The parking spaces might be subject to leases??
Is it possible that the Land Registry is not up to date?
Edit: the schedule of leases show a number of leases beginning in the late 1980s each for a duration of 99 years.0 -
Hi,
I received paperwork other day which I've copied and saved to my pc. I don't seem able to paste it on here.
Somehow it doesn't seem very official. Has anybody got any advice as to what I should do now. As said previously, I still have the ticket.
It's basically an invitation to pay £100 or an invitation to disclose driver details. Thanks.0 -
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking CompaniesYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
