would it be prudent to send my bundle again along with claimants bundle in the event that a telephone hearing takes place which is looking very likely? do i need to send again to gladstone also?

whats the difference between what I've copied and pasted in thread above and a draft order?

am i right that the above is my email - and i attach another word doc which will be my draft order?
or is the above actually the wording needed on my draft order?

    thanks

Everything you send to the Court must be copied to the Claimant... and vice versa.

Yes during COVID everyone has used email, despite Gs saying they don't accept service that way.

During the process of a case, everything you file (send to) on the court, you must serve (send a copy to) on the claimant.

tried three times to call the courts to get an update and i keep getting cut off after 30 minutes on hold!

also tried to be cheeky and called another department but of course they can't look into and when they transfer me, same - 30 minutes and i get cut off!

    I've been ringing 0161 240 5027.

I can remember when some Government Departments set a four ring answer requirement.

There is a pdf attached by Red Money on 14 April at 8.58 pm or a it later on tit is added into a post.  It is not a draft but the actual order from the court.  Full instructions were: -
    - Draft Order (must be a word document!). Copy this one, change the court/claim no./dates, head it DRAFT ORDER:

thats the problem - that PDF that RedMonkey attached was a "General Form of Judegment or Order" and seems to be a notification of the claim being struck out.

Where do i get a copy of a Draft Order that is a Word Editable version?

Ive had a look at that thread linked above and can't seem to find a copy of a draft order to attach to my email?
