the questions on the link are as follows and i am unsure what to put on for example documents i will rely on or what documents i want from themThis letter must comply with the Pre-Action Protocol which, among other things, must include the following:
- a summary of the facts
- what you want from the party you're claiming from
- how you've calculated the sum you want to claim
- copies of the key documents that you'll use to support your case
- a list of any documents you want from the other party
- a reasonable deadline for a response (usually 28 days)

As mentioned earlier on in this thread, I received notification from the court yesterday that they received a 'Notice of Discontinuance' from Gladstones / ES Parking Enforcement.
A big thanks to everyone who helped - @Coupon-mad @KeithP @nosferatu1001 @Le_Kirk @D_P_Dance and everyone else on this thread that contributed.
big relief and it's great to be able to finally put this all to rest after 14 months!
