Have a look at the TELEPHONE HEARINGS thread because your local court (Manchester?) will be taking evidence by email.  How come your case was set for no hearing?
DJ Iyer is good, but why the heck is this aimed as no hearing?  Risky but if you get DJ Iyer you will likely win and get a humdinger of a written judgment if he sets out his reasons in full.
    Hi CM

Currently date set as 7th July 2020 - but i was asking in case of the current lockdown continuing in some form.
I have read the Telephone hearings thread and it advises on sending all my documents as a PDF - but no email is mentioned.
If i should also email it, i have no issues with doing so, i would prefer for it not to be heard on papers alone or via telephone
    thanks

final thing - i only just noticed from their witness statement that it has the phone and email of the Manager of Spinningfields Estates (whom i guess from the agreement paperwork would be considered the landowner?)
Any point sending him and email / contacting as land owner to say can they quash the Parking Charge Notice?
    Thanks

No reason why you cannot email a complaint to that manager of Spinningfields estates , as a complaint , not your WS bundle

Your WS plus Exhibits plus summary costs assessment goes to the claimant and to your local court , so I assume that is Manchester ? If so you should find out their email details unless they are on your court order ? If not , phone them up or see if they have a website

None of it goes to the CCBC , so do not use the ccbcaq address at all , the CCBC bowed out months ago

Your court order tells you what to do and when , so unless the claimant allows email to be used you print and post to them and print and hand in to Manchester court , the telephone hearings thread by coupon mad has some court info posted by bargepole

It may be the case that you can email both , but I suspect you may need to follow paperwork procedures until told different by Manchester court seeing as it's a massive complex serving greater Manchester

Surely you attach your PDF to an email to send it?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Correct , and the email address is listed on their website , as are telephone numbers and opening times for dropping off documents etc , I am surprised that the OP hasn't thought to Google it or read their site , assuming they have picked it in their DQ

The "Private Parking Protection Agreement" was signed by a Gabriel Olugbemiga Erinle. between ESP and Spinningfields Management Company
He is listed as a Director of Adept Corporate Services Limited and Adept Corporate Services Two Limited on companies house

Interestingly, Adept Corporate Services Three Limited has been dissolved and he resigned from Adept Corporate Group Limited on 3rd April 2019.

Spinningfields Estates Limted however are a separate company and currently have 4 directors
