How long does it take for ParkingEye to submit information/evidence to POPLA?


I submitted on 19th July.


Wondered how long I might have to wait....

I have to admit. I'm kind of disappointed :-(


Received reply from POPLA advising me that:


"ParkingEye have told us that they do not wish to contest the Appeal."



Also received an email from ParkingEye stating:


"We can confirm that the Parking Charge has now been cancelled and there is no outstanding payment due."


Of course, in my mind, the outcome was never in doubt. I was never IN their car park, and had evidence that I was actually in a separate NCP car park (which I had paid for).
I'd just like to have seen how they would have presented their case in court.......lol....
