Hi all
So I had my hearing this morning and the district judge called saying VCS failed to provide their contact number for the hearing therefore the case is struck out. Whoop whoop.    Can’t believe they didn’t provide a contact number considering they sent a letter a few days ago saying they had a strong case, just show how much they scare people and I can see why most people would give in and pay up as the idea of going to court is terrifying.


He said I should receive a letter in a few weeks to confirm and I need to do nothing.  

Nothing was mentioned about my assessment of cost as that was an after thought as I was so happy that it’s was struck out?  Does anyone know anything about this and where I stand? 

So glad this is over and a massive THANK YOU for everyone’s help and advice 💚

You should have asked before the call ended , especially if you had submitted your summary costs assessment in writing , nothing was said because you didn't ask !!

You could email the judge to belatedly ask for them to be considered , but should have done so on the call !!!

It would be nice if in a week or or so you could pop back to the forum ...  the new draft CoP for private parking is put out for public comments.......  Members of the public will be asked to pass on their comments .... it will help the cause .. and you never know stop people like your good self from being ensnared ...

Yes I know but I think I was overwhelmed with it being struck out my mind went blank after than but I’ll email the courts now and will let you know how I get on
