Just look at logs and there is a code with numbers which are all
identical bir has either a b c or d at the end
do you think that is each machine ?
    Probably.
Are there any partial VRMs of one or two letters, like an error happened (or even a log matching your other car?!).
Is this the first time you have seen the logs, as part of a SAR?  Keep them safe if they came with a SAR, and compare them to their WS version they attach then.  You will by now have read Excel v Ambler and know why that matters.

and to allow my wasted costs which will be submitted separately and in a timely manner, depending upon whether a hearing takes place.

No, when you send your WS and evidence in March/April (not less than 14 days before) also attach a Summary Costs Assessment signed & dated and breaking down every set of hours spent on each stage, at £19 per hour LiP rate.

So am I correct in thinking I need to resubmitted my WS in again via email? Even though I posted it before lockdown?

Almost all hearings reported here are successful. But there is no central resource showing the results of all hearings, and in all probability we only see and advise the tip of this particular iceberg.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Shedloads.  Still 99% win!  You really need to have read the forum more often!

I would, and I do usually email the whole bundle, when submitting the phone number.

Hi I received a letter from vcs saying they have a strong case and are entitled to recover outstanding parking charges and additional cost and a further £220 for solicitor fees as well as other cost that are outstanding and therefore want to settle for £145 if I’m willing as court have a lot of cases outstanding and therefore would like to resolve beforehand

is this normal or is this another one of their stunts ?

    It's both of those things.
