    Evening all.

Hugs, thoughts, prayers and drinks as applicable to all! I tried to catch up, it just hasn't stuck again :o

Been a couple of hectic days here. DS has been slobbish, dog has been clingy, work has seemed to be never ending...on the plus side, despite sleeping on the sofa last night, I woke up feeling more motivated and energetic so I decided to do the cleaning before we have a very busy week. ;) So I thought I'd pop in and see whether there was anything left on my list (minus extras) to do.

    Personal

[STRIKE]Prep C12 books - provisional newsletter to be written
Provisional newsletters for C13 and C15 (I'll be skipping C14 for customers)
[/STRIKE] Postponing these until closer to the time. I'm still trying to work out how to juggle things from September.
3 jobs from paperwork list (prioritise medical jobs)

    Magnificent Monday ~Crabby kitchen!
Tingling Tuesday ~ Living Room/s, Hall, Stairs
    Wrinkly Wednesday ~ Bathroom

Well I'm declaring that's me done for this week. DS is in charge of the ironing, and apart from putting the sofa throws back (they're currently on the washing line drying) I have nothing housework wise to do this weekend now:j:j

I'm going to sit back, binge watch murder she wrote and enjoy some much needed down time. :D
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

Hugs Round and asb hope you find calming and healing vibes this weekend.
pigpen yes it must be dreadful to need other people to do what you've always done for yourself, we do feel for her but sadly even when she visited her flat with the OT last week, she didn't recognise it; she just wants to get away from "this horrible place" because they tell her what to do. Like eat, dress, go to the bathroom. There is no one solution which will suit her, us and safety.

Spent most of the morning organising greenhouse so neighbour will be able to get in and water everything while we're away. Like a whole day's flying really.
    Last lot of washing done.
Piles of clothes on bed, just seen weather forecast so it all needs re-thinking. Looks like Harrogate is due lots of showers!
Took mil to Ware carnival to watch parade and have coffee.
    Rang my mum then sil.
General pre- hol tidying/ gathering clutter.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

how do the other long term residents feel about the place? I'd be asking questions.. just in case.. I am incredibly suspicious by nature so would be thinking of every worst case scenario. Would a move somewhere different be better .. once she has proven she cannot live at home? I'm sorry if I am being a numpty, I dont like to see my flyminions sad or hurting.. xx

  • Morning all,

    Achieved a lot so far:
    Pots washed
Slightly on the turn turkey diced up and cooked
    VAT done
Tester tax payment sent to the Revenue, they lost the last payment I sent them :(
    Dog walked
    Children fed
    Poo picked

DH and I had a nice evening in the end yesterday watching tennis and eating picnic type food. I think he sensed I was on the edge...

He has a list of things to do today. I'll be going to Aldi for 10am when it opens, DD can come and help, and do a big shop. Weekly top up shop spends have been creeping up.

    Have lovely days all xx

    I'm washed and dressed.
    Made my bed.
    Fed the birds.
    Put out the recycling.
Pegged out first load of washing.
Smiled at my Californian poppy. my lavender and my delphinium, and at some other flowers but I don't know what they are :D
Gathered up the rest of the dirty washing and shoved it all in together (just about one load combining whites / colours/ darks - so in they all went. :D)
One bowl of pots soaking while I have 5 minutes with Sweetie :D
