Ouch. Just opened letters from our pension providers to inform us that both OH and my pension have dropped 11.53% since their last valuation on 5th January. Apparently it's a FCA dictat that a more than 10% drop will trigger one of these letters. We're both in at medium-high risk profile.

But...
Update...
MD arrived in Italy just as the slopes closed and he was turned-back. He should arrive home today and will be self-isolating for 14 days. So, the cost of that dumb decision was zero skiing and a near 3-week absence from his company at a critical time.
What a truly excellent decision (not).

We're popping to an out of town shopping centre today, to pick up a few non-grocery bits. Part of me thinks, should we really be going when we don't NEED to, and another part of me is saying, don't be daft, just go about your business until things change.
We will be extra careful, and are taking our own snacks and coffee. We're only going in about 4 shops.
This situation is at the tipping point of seriously disrupting our lives, and so many people are still in out and out denial or it's just not on their radar, as they already have a million and one other things to worry about. I'm so hoping that people will get the message and start to make changes. I really do hope that in a few months time everyone can tell me, "see, there really was nothing to worry about"
As for the financial markets, all bets are off!!! However, we might move some equity between our ISA funds, towards the one that's down the most, in the hope that that one has the most to recover. However, we're going to hold on to our cash buffer for now and not invest any additional cash (other than keep up pension contributions), as it may need to last longer than one can usually expect it needing to.

I'm tempted to start drip feeding some of the Sipp that is held in cash back into funds, but a little voice inside my head keeps saying "stick to the plan".Winner winner, Chicken dinner.1

Does this crash put the SWR debate to bed for a while?0
